These Terms of Use apply to Lafayette Laundromat, our website, customer communications, Wash & Fold service, self-service laundromat use, pickup and delivery coordination through Detroit Laundry Service, and related laundry services.
By using our website, visiting our laundromat, placing an order, contacting us by phone, text, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Hours: Open every day from 8 AM to 10 PM. Last wash is 9 PM.
Lafayette Laundromat provides self-service laundry, Wash & Fold, commercial laundry support, and pickup and delivery through Detroit Laundry Service.
Wash & Fold service is $2.00/lb. Special detergent Wash & Fold is $2.10/lb. Special detergent options may include Tide, Gain, OxiClean, and All Free & Clear.
Wash & Fold orders dropped off before noon are guaranteed for same-day completion. Orders dropped off after noon are guaranteed for next-day turnaround.
Larger orders, high-volume periods, equipment issues, weather, staffing, or other unexpected circumstances may affect turnaround time.
Wash & Fold orders may be subject to a minimum order of 10 lbs.
Orders over $400 may require an additional day for completion or delivery.
To protect our staff, customers, equipment, and facility, Lafayette Laundromat does not accept:
We reserve the right to refuse any order or item for safety, sanitation, contamination, or operational reasons.
Customers may provide reasonable laundry preferences or special instructions. Lafayette Laundromat will make a reasonable effort to follow those instructions, but we cannot guarantee results for every fabric, stain, garment, or item.
Customers are responsible for checking care labels before submitting items for service. Lafayette Laundromat is not responsible for damage caused by missing, inaccurate, or unclear care labels, pre-existing wear, weak fabric, loose stitching, color bleeding, shrinkage, defective items, or items unsuitable for machine washing or drying.
If an order is damaged, lost, or stolen due to our fault, compensation will be limited to a maximum of three times the value of the laundry service order.
Lafayette Laundromat is not responsible for cash, jewelry, electronics, wallets, keys, documents, or other personal items left in pockets or laundry bags.
Customers using self-service machines are responsible for selecting the correct washer, dryer, cycle, detergent, and drying time. Attendants may assist, but customers remain responsible for their laundry while using self-service machines.
Do not overload machines. Do not wash or dry prohibited items. Customers may be responsible for damage caused by misuse of equipment.
Lafayette Laundromat accepts cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Cash EBT benefits, laundry card payments, and app-based payments where available.
All charges must be paid when due. Prices may change at any time without notice.
Customers may check Laundry Card balance and store activity at LaundryCat.com.
Lafayette Laundromat is not responsible for third-party website outages, connection issues, or information display delays.
Pickup and delivery is provided through Detroit Laundry Service. Customers using pickup and delivery are subject to Detroit Laundry Service ordering, pickup, delivery, billing, and service rules.
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that Lafayette Laundromat may contact you by phone, SMS, text message, WhatsApp, or email regarding your order, service questions, pickup and delivery coordination, customer support, or business updates.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by replying STOP, but service-related messages may still be necessary to complete an order.
Our website may link to third-party websites, including LaundryCat, Detroit Laundry Service, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, and other service providers. Lafayette Laundromat is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, or services.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, scrape content without permission, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Website content, branding, text, graphics, images, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Lafayette Laundromat and may not be copied, reused, or republished without permission.
Lafayette Laundromat provides services on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every stain will be removed, every fabric will respond the same way, or every item will remain unchanged after washing or drying.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lafayette Laundromat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. For laundry-related claims, compensation is limited as stated above under lost, damaged, or stolen items.
You agree to hold harmless Lafayette Laundromat, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, unsafe items, contaminated laundry, or violation of applicable law.
Lafayette Laundromat may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
